New Passivhaus Proof of Concept project for Community Health Partnerships

Accredited Passivhaus Design, part of The Tooley & Foster Partnership, has been appointed to carry out a Passivhaus Proof of Concept project for Community Health Partnerships, a part of the NHS.

Based on the Passivhaus analysis of a recently built health centre in Coventry, this project seeks to establish that building new health centres to the Passivhaus standard will be cost effective over a period of 25 years. By assisting GPs to move to energy efficient new health centres, improved services can be delivered to patients.
